Pastor Basil Osuji is originally from Nigeria. In 1991 he went to Hong Kong as a missionary and pioneered the Solid Rock Foursquare Church. In 1992 Sister Abigail came over to Hong Kong where they got married. They are blessed with three children, Timothy, Deborah and Daniel.

In 1994, he was ordained by the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel Hong Kong. Pastor Basil planted several churches in the Philippines where he visited frequently as a guest speaker. He helped plant churches in the mainland China as well. He has ministered in several Asian countries, Europe, Africa and the United states.

Pastor Basil holds a bachelors degree in Theology and Masters degree in Missions. He taught at the Foursquare Bible College in Hong Kong where he also served as a member of the college's Management Committee until 2007.

For 15 years, Rev. Basil and Abigail served as Senior Pastors of the Solid Rock Foursquare Church in Hong Kong where they lived for sixteen years before relocating to the United States in 2007 to plant another Foursquare Church in Maryland.
